If you see Yiddish graffiti, take a picture and send an email to the party, it will appear on the website.  We see Yiddish graffiti as a healthy sign that Yiddish is with the youth.  We will not post pictures of Yiddish graffiti that defaces private property or existing art work.

If you are a speaker of Yiddish, arrange lunches with fellow Yiddish speaking friends.  Speak loudly, you would be surprised how many people will come up to you.  Make sure you have leaflets on hand!

We must petition for Yiddish to be taught at our schools/synagogues.  After collecting signatures, present it to your school/synagogue’s administrator.  You are free to write your own petition or use ours: PETITION

When it comes to Yiddish materials, we see copyrights as an affront to the existence of the language.  If you come across useful, interesting, or fun Yiddish material (newspapers, books, movies, etc) copy it and distribute it.  If you choose to digitize it, we will host it on this site.
